- Information You Submit directly: When filling out lead capture forms, scheduling consultations, requesting proposals, or enrolling in academy courses, we collect your Full Name, Business Email Address, Phone/WhatsApp number, Country Code, Service Required, Estimated Budget, and Project Goal descriptions.
- Technical & Usage Information: We automatically collect standard server logs including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser specification, device operating system, referral URLs, and session timestamps for security monitoring and analytics.
3. Lead Processing & Data Routing
Inquiries submitted through our contact forms are validated server-side to prevent malicious payloads and spam. Validated inquiries are routed into our secure internal CRM records and spreadsheet databases to alert our engineering team to review your request promptly.
Lead notification summaries are transmitted to designated company administrators via encrypted server mailers to facilitate follow-up calls or WhatsApp consultations within one business day.

- Google Services (Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Maps):We manage Google Ads and local profiles for clients. Interaction data, conversion tags, and visitor events may be processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google Privacy Policies. HITS META has no control over Google's data collection algorithms or profile moderation decisions.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads): When managing Meta ad campaigns, tracking pixels or Conversion API (CAPI) events may transmit campaign engagement metrics to Meta Platforms, Inc. under Meta Data Policies.
- LinkedIn, X (Twitter), & Microsoft: Campaign integrations or social embeds operate under the privacy policies of LinkedIn Corp, X Corp, and Microsoft Corp respectively.
- Cloud Infrastructure & APIs: Web assets, databases, and AI workflows utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS), Vercel Inc, Stripe Inc, OpenAI LLC, and GitHub Inc for cloud hosting, merchant billing, and AI processing.
Third-Party Privacy Boundaries: HITS META does not control and is not liable for the privacy practices, cookies, or data processing algorithms operated by these third-party platforms.
6. Client Credentials & Confidentiality
During active software engineering, Google Ads management, Meta Business Manager setup, or server maintenance, clients may grant us administrative access or share API keys, server logins, and ad account privileges.
All client credentials are stored in encrypted key vaults accessible only by assigned lead engineers under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Upon contract completion, shared credentials can be purged or returned upon request.
7. Data Retention & Security
We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to guard against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration of personal data.
Lead submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill communication requirements, maintain project histories, or comply with financial auditing regulations under Pakistani law.
