2. Service Responsibilities Summary

We commit to maintaining high code quality, adhering to modern security standards, and meeting agreed project milestones.

3. Google Business Profile & Local SEO Summary

Google LLC retains sole authority over Google Business Profile verification, account suspensions, reinstatements, review moderation, map rankings, and policy enforcement. HITS META cannot guarantee instant verification, profile approval, review restoration, or ranking positions. Suspensions caused by Google algorithms, inaccurate client details, or policy shifts fall outside agency liability.

4. Google Ads & Meta Ads Campaign Summary

Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. exercise complete control over ad creative approvals, account suspensions, billing holds, Business Manager restrictions, quality scores, and auction algorithms. HITS META cannot guarantee specific ad clicks, conversions, lead volumes, ROAS, or revenue. Account restrictions or policy suspensions imposed by third-party ad networks are beyond HITS META's control.

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Transparency Summary

HITS META follows Google Search Essentials and white-hat SEO practices. No agency can guarantee #1 rankings on search engines. Rankings and traffic fluctuate naturally due to core search engine algorithm updates, competitor strategy shifts, user intent changes, and hosting server performance.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Infrastructure Summary

Our services and software solutions frequently interface with third-party vendors, including Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., LinkedIn Corp, X Corp, Microsoft Corp, Cloudflare, Inc., AWS, Vercel, Stripe, OpenAI, GitHub, and client cloud hosting providers.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks belong exclusively to their respective owners. HITS META possesses no ownership, partnership, or administrative authority over third-party platform policies, moderation decisions, rate limits, or billing systems.

7. Privacy & Data Protection Summary

• Data Protection: Lead submissions and contact information are used exclusively for project evaluation and communication. We do not sell or rent data.
• Form Security: We utilize Cloudflare Turnstile token validation and server-side filtering to block automated spam.
• Client Access: Server logins and database credentials provided for technical deployment are kept under encrypted storage and NDA agreements.

8. Payment & Refund Policies Summary

Projects follow milestone schedules with deposits required prior to development. Completed milestone payments are non-refundable as they compensate for completed engineering hours and team resource allocation. Overdue invoices exceeding 14 days may lead to development pause or staging suspension.

9. Warranty & Maintenance Policy Summary

Custom software deliverables include a 30-day post-deployment bug warranty. Code modifications made by the client or unannounced third-party API changes after launch fall outside warranty coverage. Continued support is available through monthly retainer plans.

10. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership Summary

Code ownership, custom graphics, and database architectures remain property of HITS META until project invoices are paid in full. Upon full settlement, complete unencumbered intellectual property rights transfer to the Client.

11. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all trade secrets, proprietary algorithms, financial data, and technical specifications shared during consultations as strictly confidential under industry NDA standards.

12. Governing Law

All legal notices, service agreements, and operations are governed by and construed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
