The Challenge
For five years, IronCraft Furniture struggled to grow their business. Despite producing premium-quality, handcrafted steel and wooden furniture, they had almost no effective digital presence and were relying entirely on traditional walk-in customers and offline referrals. This dependency limited their geographic reach and left their manufacturing workshop operating below capacity.
The Solution Deployed
